Trapeze 101 is an hour and a half class, open to all levels.  This is perfect for first time flyers to see how much you can learn with our team in just one class.  At the start of the class, our staff will explain and then demonstrate what you will be doing your first time on the flying trapeze and give you tips to make the experience easier.  After that, you get to take turns on the flying trapeze with the other students signed up for the class with the supervision of our team.  With each turn, our coaches will give you clear instruction to improve and see just how far we can get you in class.  Depending on your skill level this may include doing a “catch” with one of our instructors swinging on the opposite side of the trapeze.

If it’s not your first time on the flying trapeze, we can teach you a new trick or help you improve something you’ve practiced before.  We take pride in the curriculum we offer and the ability to teach different levels at an individual pace.  We give each student to tools necessary learn as much as possible in a safe and positive environment keeping in mind that each person may have different goals.

3 instructors will help you in this two hour class with a maximum of 10 students.  Cost $49
