Trapeze 101 is an hour and a half flying trapeze class, open to all levels. This class is perfect for first time flyers to see how much can be learned in just one class. For first time students our staff will explain and demonstrate what you will be learning on the flying trapeze and give you tips to make the experience easier. After that, with the supervision of our team, you will get to take turns on the flying trapeze with the other students signed up for the class.   With each turn, our coaches will give you clear instruction to help you improve and see how much you can learn in your class. Depending on your skill level, this may include learning one or two trapeze tricks, or doing a “catch” with one of our instructors swinging on the opposite side of the trapeze.

If it’s not your first time on the flying trapeze, we can teach you a new trick or help you improve something you have worked on before. We take pride in the curriculum we offer and the ability to teach different levels at an individual pace. We give each student the tools necessary to learn as much as possible, in a safe and positive environment, while keeping in mind that each person may have different goals.
