Our Intermediate Team (IT) meets twice per week, focusing on intermediate to advanced tricks in safety lines. In addition, these students work on performing their own “take off” from the platform, and more importantly, begin to learn how to fly without the assistance of safety lines. Ongoing attendance is required for all intermediate students in order to continue this increased level of performance.  Continual enrollment is essential in maintaining the instruction through positive muscle memory, which is imperative for anyone swinging without safety lines. We are teaching skills to become second nature and instinctual, in order to preserve this skill level and to be able to move up safely to the next. At this level, flying trapeze requires not just physical skills, but more importantly, mental strength and great respect.
